Open to all Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve the following:

• a minimum of 2,500 Total Documented Volume each month for three consecutive

months (Oct, Nov, Dec) and 250 Personal Consumption Volume Points in any two

out of the three months (Oct, Nov, or Dec).
